The space

Each tent is a spacious 30 Square meters in size, includes two queen size beds that comfortably sleeps two people each, and is fully air-conditioned. Each room has ample storage space, a flat screen tv complete with Netflix and Disney+ Access, WIFI connectivity and a modest kitchenette equipped with its own mini fridge, and Microwave oven.

Each dome has its own spacious bathroom for added convenience, as well as an outdoor lanai that can be used as a lounge or dining area. Guests of Malipaya get free use of the shared private swimming pool, and direct access to the beach, just a few steps away from their villa. Guests can also avail of free activities, such as Paddle Boarding, Pedal Boating, Spike Ball set, Badminton, and an assortment of board games.

Malipaya is situated on a private property, giving it the calming tranquility that makes it a perfect place for families to stay at, but near enough to General Luna, popularly known as the heart of Siargao’s vibrant nightlife and dining scene.

Other things to note
Guests are required to abide by the following house rules:

1. Only a Maximum of Four (4) people are allowed per dome.

2. Parties and rowdy, disruptive behavior are not allowed in the property.

3. Smoking in the Dome is strictly prohibited.

4. Pets are not allowed.

5. Children will enjoy the property, however it is expected that parents will be responsible for their well being at all times.

6. The swimming pool will close at 6pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please watch your children.

7. Be mindful of your property, Malipaya will not be responsible for misplaced items.

8. Management expects all guests to maintain the cleanliness of their respective domes.

9. Illegal Drugs and Firearms are not allowed in the property, and management will not hesitate to involve the proper authorities if needed.
