Hi my name is Nico and that’s Ceb my sporty dog. Together, we walked the island circumference for a total of 5 days. We started from Pacifico, then Burgos, Alegrea, San Benito, Del Carmen, Sayak, Dapa, Union, General Luna, Maasin, Pilar, and finally back to San Isidro Pacifico.

I’m from Southern Leyte, and for the past 6 months, I’ve been fortunate to call this beautiful island my home. Before heading back, I wanted to give something meaningful back to Siargao. That’s why I built a website dedicated to all accommodation owners here: https://siargao.homes/

As a solo developer, I’ve poured my heart into this project, inspired by platforms like Airbnb, but with a unique focus on Siargao. My vision is simple: I want something where I can see all accommodation available on the Island. To create a one-stop platform where me or the tourists can easily find their perfect stay—whether it’s budget-friendly, pet-friendly, or equipped with generators and AC, etc..

I believe every Siargao accommodation should have a place on Siargao.Homes, which is why listings are currently free—until we reach at least half of all the island’s accommodations.

However, to keep the website up and running in the long term, I’ll introduce a small membership fee. Here’s why your support matters:

2. Verification & Support Staff: I’m hiring someone to verify each listing (so it’s scam-free) and assist hosts.

4. No Booking Fees: We don’t earn from any bookings or get involved in the booking process. Think of us as a simple directory helping travelers find legitimate stays.
