Mahogany house

We are proud to introduce our newly built private house.

The Mahogany House features three bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds), all equipped with air conditioning and fans.

The house offers high-speed internet and a designated working space.

Ideal for those who want to meet new friends from around the world while enjoying the privacy of their own space.
The entire house is fenced in, providing a private fully equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor dining area.

The space

The Mahogany house is a part of “Soffta Surf Ranch” compound. Our property is located 50
meters inside from the tourism rd that offers a wide range of restaurants/shops/cafes etc.

The property is big and you are free to use our garden for Yoga or other activities.

The house it self is located in the back part of the property and is fenced in for your privacy.

We have a reception that is open 8 am until 8 pm incase you need assistance or have any questions.

Other things to note

We will change the sheets/towels and clean the house after 3 nights of your stay.

If you would like to request additional change of sheets, theres an additional charge of p400/per room.

**OTHER INFORMATION**
*Electricity and fluctuation/Power Cuts*
At Soffta, we are committed to minimising our environmental footprint on the island. As part of this effort, we have chosen NOT to install a generator.
Please note that occasional power fluctuations (and power cuts) are common due to local infrastructure, and during these times, the air conditioning and fans may not work at full capacity or at all at certain times.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to balance guest comfort with sustainability.

*Insects animals and mosquitoes*
Siargao Island is located near the equator in the tropics, which means you will experience a lot of nature, sounds, and animals/insects. Mosquitoes and dengue are one of them, make sure to have the fan on, wrap your mosquito net properly around the bed and use “Off-lotion” mosquito repellent is a highly effective way to get a good night’s sleep.

We have friendly dogs and cats on the property for our security and for pest control, they will come up to you and say hi(and hang out with you if you pet them, all of our dogs have an updated rabies vaccine).
If you have severe cynophobia(afraid of dogs) you might consider other places to stay(just send us a message asap after receiving this email.
