Villa Tulua is a native modern private villa with Filipino-Balinese inspired interior. Furnitures have been carefully curated for guests to unwind at this stunning villa. Built with natural stone walls and antique details, the place breathes charm and luxury in an island of coconut trees.

Indulge in a quick dip as the villa is equipped with a private pool alongside with three uniquely designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a cozy open living room space, dining area & fully equipped kitchen.

The space

This private villa is located in General Luna in a residential and unspoiled area with no tourist. The road going to the property is currently under construction so there may be a slight inconvenience in transport. However, most of the road (unfortunately) in the island are not that great as it is still a very untamed Island.

• How far is the beach from the property?
The beach is only five (5) minutes away by scooter or by car.
Cloud 9 is around ten (10) minutes.

• How far are all the restaurants and beach clubs?
All the restaurants are five (5) to ten (10) minutes away by motorbike or car. Famous restaurants like Bravo and Kermit are five (5) minutes away. New restaurants like Lamari and Siago are eight (8) minutes away.

• May I use the kitchen?
The villa come with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s your private kitchen that you can use without any extras fees.

• Where can I buy necessities and groceries?
The center is only 5 minutes away by motorbike. There you can find most, if not everything you need.

• What amenities does the villa offer?
We offer free wifi, exclusive use of swimming pool, daily cleaning service, motorbike or car rental, tour guide assistance. Feel free to contact us for any other concerns.

• May I add extra bed?
Yes, we allow a maximum of three (3) extra beds.

• Can I book only one room?
No, you can only book the entire villa which comprises 3 bedrooms.

• How many villas do you have ?
Currently, we have two (2) identical villas next to each other. If you would like to book both villas, just message us and we will send you the link depending on the availability.

• How deep is the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is 130cm in depth which is the international standard.

• Does the villa come with towels and sheets ?
Yes, the villa comes with towel and sheets and our daily rates are inclusive of cleaning services.

• Are dogs allowed ?
